The primary responsibility will be equipment and clean room maintenance as an Equipment and Facility Technician/Engineer. You will be responsible in regular equipment and clean room maintenance, trouble shooting for equipment and clean room facility related issues, supporting process for production quality monitoring and R&D projects. This is a full-time position and requires on-site presence.## Job Description**What you'll be doing:*** Scheduled maintenance for production equipment (such as flip-chip bonders, probe station, oven, dicing saw and wet stations).* Trouble shooting for production equipment.
