Job summary

Varex Imaging in Espoo, Finland, is seeking a full-time Inventory Manager to elevate our inventory control in the Photon Counting business unit. The role is permanent and can start immediately or as soon as a suitable candidate is found.

You will track stock levels, perform cycle counts, process goods movements in SAP MM, and coordinate with purchasing, production, finance and R&D.

Summary

We are looking for a full-time Inventory Manager to join our team in Espoo, Finland. You will be playing a key role for taking our inventory management to the next level. The position is permanent and employment can begin immediately or as soon as a suitable candidate is found.

There is flexibility to tailor the role based on the selected candidate, so please thoroughly describe your relevant experience and expertise in your application. Our team operates in both Finnish and English.

Job Description

Responsible for day-to-day inventory management in Photon Counting business unit – including Stock monitoring:

• Tracking stock levels.
• Performing cycle counts.
• Processing goods movements in SAP.
• Receiving and shipping.
• Organizing and optimizing material flows and stock levels in physical storage locations.
• Close co-operation with purchasing, order management, production, finance and R&D.

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in similar position in material management.
• Hands on attitude and self driven.
• Very good knowledge of SAP, specifically MM.
• Microsoft office, excellent skills with Excel.
• Effective communication skills.
• Fluent in Finnish and English is a must.
• Previous team lead experience is considered an advantage.
• Ideally B.Sc. in Logistics, Material management or Business administration.
