Efla Oy, part of the Ensto Group, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Porvoo to manage the full order delivery process for international customers. You will coordinate orders, deliveries, invoicing and shipping documents, acting as a bridge between customers, sales, production and logistics.

The role focuses on order handling, documentation and cross-functional collaboration, requiring strong English, attention to detail and the ability to learn in an international business environment.
