Job summary

Fiskars Group is seeking a Senior Merchandising Manager for Iittala to shape the global product and merchandising strategy. You will lead a dedicated team, translate consumer insights into compelling assortments, and collaborate with Design, Marketing, E-commerce, NPD, and market teams across Europe, North America, and APAC.

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years merchandising experience.
• Proven leadership and coaching experience.
• Strong portfolio thinking, analytical, commercial acumen and financial literacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Iittala merchandising team.
• Define global product and merchandising strategy for Iittala.
• Collaborate with Design, Marketing, NPD and Market teams across Europe, North America and APAC.
• Translate strategy into clear product development priorities with Design and Marketing.
• Drive category targets, revenue, margin, and SKU efficiency.
• Use forecasting and analytics to guide pricing and lifecycle decisions.
