Job summary

V7 Recruitment is seeking an experienced MEP Site Manager to oversee on-site MEP construction activities for a major hyperscale data centre programme in Finland. You will coordinate subcontractors and ensure safety, quality and schedule alignment across multiple phases.

The role requires a strong MEP background, experience managing site teams, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A rotation is available; EU right to work is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an MEP Site Manager / MEP Supervisor.
• Strong MEP construction background.

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for experienced MEP Site Managers to join a major hyperscale data centre programme in Finland. This is a multi-phase project with a significant long-term pipeline, offering the opportunity to work on a major development with continuity beyond the initial phase.

The Role

As an MEP Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing MEP construction activities on site, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme and quality requirements.

You will work closely with the wider project management and construction teams to ensure successful delivery across the various project phases.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an MEP Site Manager / MEP Supervisor
• Strong MEP construction background
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
• Experience working on large-scale construction projects
• Data centre experience preferred
• Strong understanding of construction programme, quality and HSE requirements
• Ability to work within a fast-paced, high-pressure project environment
• EU passport / right to work in the EU preferred
