Job summary

Panasonic Heating & Ventilation Air-conditioning Europe is seeking a Technical Support Engineer (Hydronics-Chillers) in Helsinki to provide high-level remote technical support on installation, commissioning and repair of Panasonic aircon products. Attend first-priority calls and escalations, and assist the sales team with specifications and quotations.

You will create trainings for service partners and customers, develop technical documentation, and support partners to use Panasonic service

Qualifications

Completed training as a master refrigeration and heating technology or equivalent education
3-5 years work experience
Experience in hydronics (chillers)

Responsibilities

Provide a high level remote technical support to internal and external customers on the installation, commissioning and repair of Panasonic aircon product.
Attend first priority phone calls, ticket queue escalated from Call Center agents and petitions received by e-mail.
Create and implement service and product trainings for our service partners, wholesalers, installers, and other customers.
Identify technical issues and develop solutions as next higher level of support after the Field Support Engineer.
Support the sales team in the development of specifications and quotations.
Train service partners to use the continuously developing Panasonic service tools.
Prepare technical documentations, sales and training materials, and project studies.
