Johnson Controls, Inc. in Finland seeks an experienced HVAC Service Technician to support service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of chillers and HVAC systems at customer sites across Finland.

You will work on industrial, data center, and retrofit projects, ensuring equipment reliability and customer satisfaction. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, support commissioning activities, and collaborate with customers and technical teams to keep critical HVAC systems

Competenze

Hands-on experience servicing HVAC and chiller systems.
Strong ability to read mechanical, electrical and control drawings.
Good English communication and service reporting skills.

Mansioni

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on chillers and HVAC equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues.
Carry out repairs, component replacements, upgrades, and retrofit activities.
Identify required spare parts and support parts selection and replacement planning.
Record operating parameters and maintain accurate service documentation and reports.
Support equipment start-up and commissioning activities when required.
Coordinate technical issues with engineering, product, and service teams.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company safety standards and Finnish/EU regulations.
Build strong customer relationships through high-quality service and technical support.
