Job summary

Panasonic Heating & Cooling Solutions Europe in Helsinki invites you to join a multinational team delivering high level remote technical support for Panasonic aircon installations, commissioning and repairs.

You will also create trainings, support sales in specs and quotations, and develop service tools. The role offers an international environment, strong training opportunities, and flexible/mobile working options.

Qualifications

Master refrigeration and heating technology or equivalent education and experience.
3-5 years work experience.
Experience in hydronics (chillers).

Responsibilities

Provide a high level remote technical support to internal and external customers on the installation, commissioning and repair of Panasonic aircon product. Attend first priority phone calls, ticket queue escalated from Call Center agents and petitions received by e-mail.
Create and implement service and product trainings for our service partners, wholesalers, installers, and other customers.
Identify technical issues and develop solutions as next higher level of support after the Field Support Engineer.
Support the sales team in the development of specifications and quotations.
Train service partners to use the continuously developing Panasonic service tools.
Prepare technical documentations, sales and training materials, and project studies.
