Job summary

KONE is seeking a Sales - Tendering Specialist to manage inquiries, prepare quotations and coordinate tender submissions from an office-based role. The position is target-driven and requires a proactive approach to converting inquiries into sales while supporting tender processes across teams.

Your focus will be on generating and submitting competitive quotes, managing tender documentation, and maintaining CRM records to drive monthly and quarterly targets in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales or sales support, preferably in a technical/engineering environment.
• Ability to understand and explain technical products and services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive, collaborative team player and able to work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information and guidance on lift solutions.
• Generate accurate and competitive quotations for lift installations, repairs, modernization, and maintenance contracts.
• Assist in preparing and submitting tender documents, ensuring client requirements and deadlines are met.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, quotations and sales activities using CRM.
• Stay up to date with lift products, services and specifications to communicate effectively.
• Collaborate with field sales, engineers and project managers to support sales efforts and resolve queries.
• Follow up on quotations to convert leads into sales.
• Provide regular updates on sales activity, pipeline status and customer feedback.
