Job summary

You will uphold safety, manage site environment during service visits, and contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback to the PCM organization and supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer satisfaction through quality of service and proactive on-site communication.
• Provide accurate, real-time back reporting of work performed at equipment level for e-Optimum and Customer Notification.
• Uphold equipment safety and performance; manage site environment during service operations.
• Identify on-site risks and communicate them to supervisor; take action with escalation if needed.
• Submit time sheets and manage proximity stock and service tooling to keep operations smooth.
