Job summary

Roche Diagnostics in Espoo is seeking an experienced Finance Analyst to support local finance operations, reporting and business intelligence capabilities. Responsibilities include month-end closing, financial and sales data analysis, and maintaining high-quality financial master data.

You will own the local ICFR process, act as the local Tableau key user, and collaborate with Account Managers, Product Managers, Shared Services and analytics teams to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Few years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, controlling or financial reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting/analytics tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Degree in finance, business administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Handle month-end closing activities and financial data analysis.
• Prepare recurring financial and operational reports and maintain master data.
• Support development of finance systems, reporting tools and processes; own local ICFR from a finance perspective.
