Job summary

Blueprint Genetics is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance and Accounting to lead finance operations in Finland and partner with colleagues across the international Quest Diagnostics organization. The role oversees accounting, reporting, planning, tax, cash and internal controls, while driving improvements and close collaboration with local management.

You will work in a hybrid setup with flexible remote days and be based at our Espoo Keilaniemi office, contributing to global finance initiatives

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Experience in a finance, accounting, controlling, or finance management role; international or matrixed experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, internal controls, and Finnish statutory requirements; IFRS exposure is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting activities in Finland.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, statutory accounts, Finnish accounting and tax requirements, and alignment with global policies.
• Plan and forecast budgeting and provide analysis of financial performance, risks and opportunities.
• Partner with management to provide financial insight and practical recommendations.
• Coordinate Finnish tax and VAT matters, cash flow, working capital, banking activities, and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate finance processes and reporting.
• Collaborate with international colleagues and align with Quest Diagnostics finance organization.
• Coordinate with external accounting, tax, audits and other financial service providers.
