Build, develop, and expand a strong global finance team. Own the financial closing process, including consolidations, reconciliations, accruals, and other close activities. Collaborate closely with FP&A and the broader organization to provide accurate information and actionable insights that support decision-making.

  • Process Improvements & AI - Manage the digital transformation of the accounting function. You will identify and automate manual bottlenecks by implementing agentic and AI-driven workflows, with the objective of reducing month-end close time and increasing data accuracy. Stay updated on Finance AI trends, regulations, and best practices, implementing changes as necessary to improve financial function effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Act as a trusted partner to RevOps, Legal, Sales, Marketing and Product Orgs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making. Provide financial analysis and insights to senior leadership, contributing to the company’s financial strategy and long-term growth plans.

  • Well-developed skills in analysis, organization, and problem-solving.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
