Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Financial Analyst (fixed-term contract) to join the IMPO Competency Center in Espoo, Finland. You will manage accounting operations, intercompany, procure-to-pay processes and GL activities, while collaborating with local and global teams to uphold internal controls.

The role requires a commercial finance background, strong English communication, and the ability to work effectively in a regional, virtual environment.

Qualifications

• Commercial degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Business fluency in English (oral & written).
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a regional and virtual work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of accounting and financial operations for IMPO processes, ensuring compliance with finance policies and internal controls.
• Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and adherence to service models.
• Identify opportunities for standardization, efficiencies and automation; contribute to process design and deployment.
• Develop as SME for assigned processes, ensuring robust documentation and end-to-end efficiency.
