You will drive business performance through in-depth financial analysis, planning and reporting, collaborating with business leaders and the wider finance team to deliver actionable recommendations and support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years combined relevant experience in controlling, FP&A, corporate finance, strategic planning, or management consulting.
• Talent for financial modeling, data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent MS Excel/Google Sheets, MS PowerPoint/Slides skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills, numerical proficiency and collaboration in international teams.
• Proficiency in English and Finnish.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and decision-relevant financial data analysis and variances.
• Partner with functions for budget planning, monthly analysis, forecasting, and headcount/cost management.
• Collaborate with Controlling to build budgets, track variances, and produce monthly/quarterly reports.
• Drive growth and operational improvements from data insights.
• Provide FP&A input to maximize data accuracy and flow.
