Job summary

CurifyLabs in Helsinki is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Operations Specialist to own a broad range of finance operations, from accounts payable and invoicing to month-end close and reporting, with NetSuite experience a strong plus.

You will work with Sales, Customer Support, Operations and external partners, driving process improvements and ensuring accurate numbers and healthy cash flow. This role offers the opportunity to influence financial operations in a fast-growing biotech context.

Responsibilities

• Own accounts payable end-to-end, from invoice receipt to payments and vendor management.
• Manage day-to-day finance operations including AR, AP and other accounting activities.
• Create, process, and post customer invoices and credit memos in NetSuite.
• Monitor aging reports and drive collections to keep DSO healthy.
• Drive continuous improvement of finance processes, controls, and NetSuite functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
• Support financial reporting, audits and tax filings as needed.
