Job summary

Academic Work Finland Oy is seeking a data-focused professional to manage end-to-end reporting processes, data handling, and process automation using Alteryx and SQL. You will bridge financial/risk data with regulatory reporting standards and collaborate across teams to ensure accurate, compliant outputs that support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in data handling, reporting and process automation.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and good knowledge of SQL.
• Good/advanced expertise in Alteryx for workflow automation.
• Fluency in English with strong cross-team collaboration skills.
• A flexible approach and adaptability towards business and process changes.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and automate end-to-end data workflows and reporting systems for ESG and Pillar 3 requirements.
• Process, clean, and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Continuously refine reporting workflows and adopt a flexible approach to changing regulatory environments and system updates.
• Communicate reporting outputs, process changes, and analytical insights effectively to internal and external stakeholders while collaborating across the organization to align disclosures with requirements.
