Job summary

Recann seeks up to three ESG Reporting Consultants for a 6-month contract in Finland or Sweden. You will support ESG report compilation, develop reporting frameworks for Pillar 1 and Pillar 3, and drive data automation across financial supervisory reporting streams.

Responsibilities include regulatory submissions, defining reporting solutions requirements, UAT, and handling large datasets with Excel, SQL, Alteryx, or Python. Fluency in English is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Documented ESG reporting experience or regulatory data handling.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills (hands-on).
• Experience with Alteryx or Python is advantageous.

Position Summary:

We are seeking up to three ESG Reporting Consultants (Process & Technical specialists) for a 6-month contract engagement in Finland or Sweden. You will support ESG report compilation, develop reporting frameworks for Pillar 1 and Pillar 3 regulatory requirements, and drive data automation across financial supervisory reporting streams.

• Participate in ESG report production and regulatory submissions to financial supervisory authorities.
• Define process requirements for target ESG reporting solutions and collaborate with IT development units.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and dry runs for new ESG reporting features.
• Handle large financial datasets, utilizing automated data workflows in Excel, SQL, Alteryx, or Python.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Documented experience in ESG reporting, regulatory data handling, or financial reporting process automation.
• Strong technical skill set with Excel and SQL (hands-on experience with Alteryx or Python is highly advantageous).
• Understanding of banking balance sheet structures and financial supervisory reporting is a strong plus.
• Professional fluency in English.
