Job summary

Academic Work Finland Oy is seeking an ESG Process & System Specialist to own specific ESG reporting sub-areas and regulatory updates. You will drive end-to-end reporting processes, align with subsidiary entities, and oversee data workflows in a collaborative, high-responsibility role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in process development, reporting systems, or financial/data operations.
• Fluent English with strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience building or improving reporting systems and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of ESG reporting sub-areas and regulatory updates.
• Design and optimize end-to-end technical reporting processes and data workflows.
• Collaborate with subsidiaries and cross-functional teams for alignment.
• Handle reporting data, automate workflows, ensure high-quality outputs.
• Support Process Manager with execution-level reporting developments.
