Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, CS or related field.
• Experience in data analytics, BI, reporting, finance or performance management.
• Strong skills in Power BI and Excel.
• Experience with Power Platform solutions (Power Automate/Power Apps).
• Knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis, modelling and automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards and visualizations.
• Analyze financial, operational, sales, customer and productivity data.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities and performance deviations.
• Create structured datasets, data models and reporting solutions.
• Support KPI management and improve reporting consistency across the organization.
• Integrate and validate data from multiple systems and sources.
• Investigate root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Automate recurring reporting and analytic processes.

We are looking for a curious, analytical, and business-oriented Data Analyst to join a leading international organization. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that support better decision-making, improve operational performance, and drive profitable growth.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualizations.
• Analyzing financial, operational, sales, customer, and productivity-related data.
• Identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and performance deviations.

To succeed in this role, you likely have:

• A relevant degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, finance, or performance management.
• Strong skills in Power BI and Excel.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or other Power Platform solutions.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python, particularly for data analysis, modelling, and automation.
• The ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and understandable way.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a natural curiosity to investigate underlying causes behind data trends.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English.
