Job summary

SensorFu Oy, a Finnish cybersecurity company, is seeking a Customer Success & Product Management Professional to bridge customers, sales, and product development in a growing team based in Oulu with a flexible hybrid model. You will lead quarterly business reviews, drive feature adoption, identify growth opportunities, and translate feedback into product materials and go-to-market support.

Possibility to evolve toward product ownership or leadership as the company grows.

Qualifications

Several years of experience in Customer Success, Product Management, Product Marketing, or similar roles.
Understanding how software products are developed, positioned, and delivered to customers.
Comfort discussing technical topics such as networking and Linux environments with customers.

Responsibilities

Lead quarterly business reviews with customers.
Introduce new features and support product adoption.
Identify growth opportunities with existing customers.
Collaborate with product and development teams to translate feedback into insights and materials.
Possibility to evolve toward product ownership or team leadership as the company grows.
