Job summary

SensorFu in Oulu, Finland is seeking a Customer Success & Product Management Professional to bridge customers, sales and product development. This full-time role focuses on maximizing value from cybersecurity solutions for critical infrastructure and industrial clients.

You will lead quarterly business reviews, drive feature adoption, and translate customer feedback into packaging and go-to-market materials, with potential growth into product ownership as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Years of relevant experience in Customer Success, Product Management, Product Marketing, or similar roles.
• Ability to discuss networking, Linux environments, and software solutions with customers.
• Fluent Finnish and English; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly business reviews with customers to showcase value and align on goals.
• Identify opportunities for growth and increased feature adoption with existing customers.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to translate feedback into product improvements and materials.
• Support go-to-market activities and customer-facing documentation.
