Job summary

SensorFu in Oulu, Finland is seeking a Customer Success & Product Management Professional to bridge customers, sales and product development. This full-time role focuses on maximizing value from cybersecurity solutions for critical infrastructure and industrial clients.

You will lead quarterly business reviews, drive feature adoption, and translate customer feedback into packaging and go-to-market materials, with potential growth into product ownership as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Fluent Finnish and English; willing to travel.

SensorFu is a Finnish cybersecurity company focused on securing mission-critical networks. Would you be our new colleague?
This is a unique opportunity to combine customer-facing work with product-oriented responsibilities in a growing cybersecurity company. In this role, you will act as a bridge between customers, sales, and product development, helping customers maximize the value of SensorFu’s solutions while contributing to how our products are packaged, positioned, and developed.

A significant part of your work will focus on Customer Success. You will lead quarterly business reviews, introduce new features, support product adoption, and identify opportunities for growth with existing customers. You will work with stakeholders ranging from automation engineers and cybersecurity specialists to decision-makers and C-level executives.

You will also collaborate closely with our product and development teams, translating customer feedback into insights and supporting product packaging, customer-facing materials, and go-to-market activities. Depending on your background and ambitions, the role may also evolve towards product ownership or team leadership as the company continues to grow.

This is a full-time, permanent position directly with SensorFu. The role is based in Oulu with a flexible hybrid working model. We hope you can regularly visit the Oulu office to support collaboration and future growth opportunities within the organization.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a professional who combines strong communication skills with an interest in technology and software products. You have several years of relevant experience in Customer Success, Product Management, Product Marketing, or similar roles, and you understand how software products are developed, positioned, and delivered to customers.

While you do not need to be a technical expert, you should feel comfortable discussing technical topics such as networking, Linux environments, and software solutions with customers and colleagues. Experience in cybersecurity, industrial environments, OT systems, SaaS products, or software development is considered an advantage.

Just as importantly, you are comfortable working in a growing company where not every process is fully defined. You enjoy taking ownership, moving things forward independently, and collaborating with highly skilled colleagues from different disciplines. You communicate confidently in both Finnish and English and are comfortable presenting and engaging with customers in either language.

The salary range for this position is 4,000-6,000 €/month, depending on your experience, expertise, and the scope of responsibilities.
