Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to deliver HVAC electrical projects across Finland. You will manage activities from planning through commissioning, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and quality.

You will work with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to implement power distribution, MCCs, VFDs, control panels, and BMS. You will drive strong stakeholder engagement, review technical docs, and ensure compliance with Finnish/European standards.

Qualifications

Solid experience in electrical engineering within HVAC, building automation, industrial, manufacturing, or commercial environments.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
Fluent English skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate HVAC electrical project activities from execution to handover.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
Collaborate with customers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Review technical documentation, drawings, and commissioning plans.
Ensure compliance with Finnish and European electrical standards, as well as safety and quality requirements.
Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC electrical systems.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Support customer satisfaction through effective project delivery and communication.
