Johnson Controls in Finland seeks a Senior HVAC Service Technician to lead service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of chillers and HVAC systems across customer sites in Finland. You will work on industrial, data center, and retrofit projects, ensuring equipment reliability and customer satisfaction.

Experience with commissioning activities is an advantage, and a strong safety mindset is essential for operating at customer sites and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on experience servicing HVAC and chiller systems.
• Good understanding of refrigeration systems, compressors, heat exchangers, pumps, controls.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on chillers and HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues.
• Carry out repairs, component replacements, upgrades, and retrofit activities.
• Identify required spare parts and support parts selection and replacement planning.
• Record operating parameters and maintain accurate service documentation and reports.
• Support equipment start-up and commissioning activities when required.
• Coordinate technical issues with engineering, product, and service teams.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and Finnish/EU regulations.
• Build strong customer relationships through high-quality service and technical support.
