Johnson Controls is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer – HVAC Systems in Finland to lead the delivery of HVAC electrical projects across the country. You will manage electrical project activities from planning through commissioning, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in electrical engineering within HVAC, building automation, industrial, manufacturing, or commercial environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
• Fluent English skills.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Finnish language skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate HVAC electrical project activities from execution to handover.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Collaborate with customers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Review technical documentation, drawings, and commissioning plans.
• Ensure compliance with Finnish and European electrical standards, as well as safety and quality requirements.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC electrical systems.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Support customer satisfaction through effective project delivery and communication.
