Job summary

V7 Recruitment is seeking an experienced HSEQ Administrator to join a major 150 MW hyperscale data centre project in Finland. You will support on-site HSEQ processes, maintain documentation, and coordinate records in a busy construction environment.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with site teams and contractors. Right to work in Europe is essential, with a 12-month rolling contract and early–mid October start.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an HSEQ/HSE administration role.
• Background working within construction or a construction site environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard administrative systems.
• Right to work in Europe is essential.

Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HSEQ team.
• Maintaining and updating HSEQ documentation and records.
• Supporting the management and tracking of HSEQ documentation.
• Assisting with inspections, audits and HSEQ reporting.
• Maintaining training, competency and certification records.
• Supporting incident, near-miss and safety reporting processes.
• Assisting with the coordination of HSEQ meetings and maintaining meeting records.
• Supporting the wider project team with HSEQ-related administration and document control.
• Ensuring HSEQ information is accurately recorded, organised and readily available.
• Working closely with site management, contractors and the wider HSEQ team.
