Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HSEQ team.
• Maintaining and updating HSEQ documentation and records.
• Supporting the management and tracking of HSEQ documentation.
• Assisting with inspections, audits and HSEQ reporting.
• Maintaining training, competency and certification records.
• Supporting incident, near-miss and safety reporting processes.
• Assisting with the coordination of HSEQ meetings and maintaining meeting records.
• Supporting the wider project team with HSEQ-related administration and document control.
• Ensuring HSEQ information is accurately recorded, organised and readily available.
• Working closely with site management, contractors and the wider HSEQ team.

HSEQ Administrator – Finland | Hyperscale Data Centre

Project: 150 MW Hyperscale Data Centre

Contract: 12-month rolling contract

The Opportunity

V7 Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced HSEQ Administrator to join a major 150 MW hyperscale data centre project in Finland.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in HSEQ administration within construction or a site-based environment to join a large-scale project and become part of an established project team.

The initial contract will be on a 12-month rolling basis, with the client also having a second hyperscale data centre project coming up following this programme. For the right person, there is therefore the potential to build a long-term pipeline of work in Finland.

The Role

Working as part of the project HSEQ team, you will provide administrative and coordination support across the day-to-day HSEQ function on site.

The role would suit someone who is organised, detail-focused and comfortable working in a busy construction environment, supporting HSEQ processes and ensuring documentation and records are maintained accurately.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an HSEQ/HSE administration role
• Background working within construction or a construction site environment
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable managing large volumes of documentation and information
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with site teams and contractors
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard administrative systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment
• Right to work in Europe is essential

Previous data centre or mission-critical experience would be advantageous, but is not essential for the right candidate with a strong construction HSEQ background.
