Job summary

V7 Recruitment is seeking an HSE Advisor to join a major 150 MW hyperscale data centre project in Finland. This is a site-based role within the project HSE team, supporting a fast-paced construction programme.

Ideal candidates will have hyperscale or data centre experience and a strong track record in RAMS, PTW, inspections and incident reporting, with the right to work in the EU/EEA and willingness to live in Finland for the project duration.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an HSE Advisor / HSE Officer within construction.
• Hyperscale or data centre experience highly desirable.
• Right to work in the EU/EEA – essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the project HSE strategy and procedures.
• Carry out regular site inspections, audits and safety observations.
• Review RAMS and ensure appropriate controls are in place for high-risk activities.
• Monitor Permit to Work processes and site compliance.
• Work closely with contractors and site management to maintain high safety standards.
• Support incident, near-miss and investigation processes.
• Attend HSE meetings and contribute to project reporting and KPIs.
• Promote a positive safety culture across the site.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide practical HSE guidance to the project team.

The Opportunity

V7 Recruitment is currently recruiting an HSE Advisor to join a major 150 MW hyperscale data centre project in Finland.

This is a site-based position working as part of the project HSE team, supporting the delivery of a large-scale construction programme within a fast-paced data centre environment.

We are ideally looking for someone with previous hyperscale/data centre experience, although strong HSE experience within major construction, MEP, infrastructure or other high-risk projects will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the project HSE strategy and procedures
• Carry out regular site inspections, audits and safety observations
• Review RAMS and ensure appropriate controls are in place for high-risk activities
