Job summary

Thor is seeking an HSE Supervisor to work on-site in Kouvola, Finland, for an initial 12-month contract with potential to become permanent. You will oversee daily site safety, guide personnel, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality requirements.

The role requires strong site safety experience in industrial or construction projects, immediate incident intervention, and familiarity with safety rounds, audits, and risk assessment; NEBOSH qualification is required, and SFS 6002

Qualifications

• Strong experience in site safety in industrial, energy, infrastructure or construction projects.
• Ability to intervene immediately in safety incidents.
• Experience in safety rounds, audits and risk assessment.
• Good cooperation and interaction skills.
• NEBOSH qualification.
• SFS 6002 Electrical Work Safety Training - advantageous.

Job description

Our client, leading provider of end-to-end solutions for electrical systems, heating, plumbing, ventilation and other technical functions in buildings and facilities, is now looking for an HSE Supervisor.

This is an initial 12-month contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.

As an HSE Supervisor, you will work daily on the site to supervise safe work, guide personnel and ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with safety, environmental and quality requirements.

Requirements of the role:

• Ability to operate visibly in the field and intervene immediately in safety incidents
