Job summary

Thor is seeking a hands-on HSE/EHS Advisor for a 1-year fixed-term contract in Kouvola, Finland, with a potential extension. You will support a hyperscale data centre project, ensuring health, safety and environmental compliance and coordinating with international clients.

The ideal candidate has construction HSE/EHS experience, exposure to high-risk electrical works, steel-frame erection and facade activities; NEBOSH and IOSH qualifications are advantageous.

HSE/EHS Advisor - 1 Year Fixed Term Contract, Open to extension - Rotation - Kouvala, Finland

An industry-leading client I am partnered with are in search for a HSE/EHS Advisor to be a part of a Hyperscale DC project, NO DC experience required.

Must have

experience in a large-scale complex construction project, this can include but not strictly held to:

Pharma, Gigafactory, Semiconductor, Logistic Warehouse environments or other large scale commercial builds.

WHAT THEY OFFER:

The successful candidate will possess:

• Construction HSE/EHS experience
• Exposure to high-risk electrical works, including HV systems and generators
• Experience overseeing steel-frame erection and structural works
• Experience with cladding, facade and work-at-height activities

Advantageous but not mandatory:

• Permitting experience
• NEBOSH and/ or IOSH qualification
