Wärtsilä in Helsinki (hybrid) is seeking an HR IT Project Manager to lead HR technology projects globally, starting with the Time and Payroll programme. You will collaborate with technical experts, global programme management, HR stakeholders, and external vendors.

The role requires 8+ years of IT project leadership, experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or Oracle HCM, strong governance, privacy, and vendor management, plus excellent communication in English.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of IT project leadership, especially in HR.
• Experience managing cross-country, cross-functional programs.
• Experience with time management, payroll and integrations.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or Oracle HCM.
• Strong governance, budgeting and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of data privacy, cybersecurity and vendor management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Time and Payroll Tech Workstream with global program management.
• Drive HR technology projects from initiation to deployment and hypercare.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate design, testing, deployment and operations transition.
• Engage HR stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors.
