We are looking for an HR IT Project Manager with a main responsibility in planning and delivering strategic HR technology projects across Wärtsilä’s global HR landscape. The preferred location for this position is Helsinki, Finland, but also other Wärtsilä location in Finland is negotiable. We offer a possibility to hybrid work.
Your role and responsibilities
As an HR IT Project Manager, you will lead HR technology projects from planning through implementation and transfer to support. Your journey at Wärtsilä will begin with the Time and Payroll programme, where you will take a key role as the Time Project Manager within the Tech Workstream. You will work closely with technical experts, global programme management, HR stakeholders, Wärtsilä IT teams and external vendors.
You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to agreed business outcomes. You will also support change management, user adoption and the successful transition of new solutions into business operations.
