Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding.
• Manage daily HR processes and employment-related matters.
• Support managers and employees with employment questions.
• Coordinate international workforce management practices.
• Support learning and development and performance reviews.
• Drive wellbeing, employee experience and work ability initiatives.
• Prepare HR reporting and people analytics.
• Continuously improve HR processes and systems.
