Job summary

TMF Group is seeking an HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle across the Northern Europe region, covering Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark. You will collaborate with managers and HR colleagues to deliver exceptional employee experiences, ensure data accuracy, and drive regional HR initiatives.

The role requires fluency in Swedish or Finnish and English, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and lifecycle administration.
• Experience working with HR systems and data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in Swedish or Finnish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage employee data and documentation across the lifecycle.
• Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Support performance management and annual HR processes.
• Provide day-to-day HR support across the Northern Europe region.
• Act as a point of contact for employees and managers.
