Job summary

Clevry Oy is seeking a systematic HR Assistant to support the HR Specialist with contracts, lifecycle administration, and office tasks at our Kamppi office in Helsinki. This part-time permanent role offers 7.5–37.5 hours per week, with a summer option to full-time.

The position requires on-site presence and an hourly wage of €14.00. You will gain practical experience in employee lifecycle management, payroll materials, and leave management while serving internal and external stakeholders.

• Studying HR or business fields with interest in HR tasks and office matters.
• Able to handle employee data and lifecycle tasks.
• Customer-focused and methodical work style.
• Fluent in Finnish and English, with professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Specialist with employee lifecycle tasks.
• Draft administrative documents related to employment.
• Manage employee data in our system.
• Assist with payroll-related tasks, e.g., checking working hours.
• Coordinate office tasks, supplies, and internal events.
