Job summary

Hotel Kämp in Helsinki seeks skilled servers to join its breakfast and room service team. You will provide personalized, attentive service in a luxury setting, preparing specialty coffees, managing the buffet, and delivering room service with high quality.

Shifts run 06:00–24:00, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. The role is part-time (average 30–60 hours per 3-week period) with remuneration based on agreement and experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in restaurant or customer service in a similar environment.
• Polished customer service attitude with a genuine desire to grow professionally.
• Ability to work well in a team and stay calm under pressure.
• Good English language skills; Finnish, Swedish and other languages are a plus.
• Basic IT and POS proficiency.

We are seeking skilled servers to join Hotel Kämp’s restaurant team, where classic elegance and world-class service create unforgettable experiences for our guests. In this versatile role, you will combine the memorable atmosphere of our iconic breakfast with high-standard room service.

In this role, you will ensure that every guest receives personalized, attentive, and memorable service. You will be responsible for serving our luxury hotel breakfast, preparing specialty coffees, maintaining the buffet, and ensuring the elegant ambiance of the restaurant. In addition, you will handle room service orders and deliver them with high quality directly to our guests' rooms.

You will join the team for morning and evening shifts as well as weekends (shifts fall between 06:00 and 24:00). In a fast-paced yet elegant environment, you will have the opportunity to refine your professional skills at the highest level of hospitality.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This is a part-time position (average 30–60 hours per 3-week period). Working hours fall between 06:00 and 24:00.

The position starts during autumn 2026 by agreement. Remuneration is based on agreement and experience.
