Job summary

For over 130 years, Hotel Kämp has served as the stage for timeless elegance, first-class service, and unforgettable moments in the heart of Helsinki. We are now seeking service-oriented, part-time waitstaff (average 40–70 hours per 3 weeks) to join our dedicated team starting in October 2026. Our restaurants serve guests from early morning until late evening, with shifts encompassing à la carte breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. The schedule includes morning and daytime shifts, but evening shifts are also available for more hours.

Your responsibilities and duties

Creating an outstanding, warm, and refined service experience on the restaurant floor

Delivering à la carte service to the highest standards across breakfast, lunch, and dinner

Providing expert recommendations based on a deep knowledge of our food and beverage offerings

Ensuring attentive table service, maintaining the floor's impeccable elegance, and collaborating seamlessly with the kitchen team

What we expect from you

A genuine passion for hospitality and high-end dining experiences

A minimum of 3 years of prior waitstaff experience in a similar, high-standard environment

Fluent English language skills; additional language skills are considered a distinct advantage in our international setting

The ability to maintain poise, situational tact, and a warm smile in fast-paced, dynamic situations

A positive, solution-oriented mindset and a strong desire to contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere
