Hotel Kämp etsii intohimoista Lobby Assistant -työntekijää vastaanottotyöhön Helsingin keskustassa. Vastaat vieraiden ensivaikutelmaan, hoitat vastaanottoon, bulleen ja concierge-tehtäviä sekä varmistat sujuvan ja unohtumattoman vierailun.

Tarjoamme osa-aikatyötä (vaihtoehtoisesti 3 viikon jakson 40–60 tuntia ja 3 viikon aikana 30 tuntia). Työ avaa mahdollisuudet kehittyä alan huippujen rinnalla, kansainvälisessä ympäristössä ja erinomaiset työntekijäedut sekä urakehitys.

Qualifications

• Aikaisempi kokemus hotellin vastaanotossa tai vastaavasta asiakaspalvelutyöstä.
• Sujuva suomen kieli ja hyvä englannin suullinen sekä kirjallinen taito.

Responsibilities

• Vieraiden vastaanotto ja ensivaikutelman varmistaminen.
• Vastaanotto-, bulleahto- ja concierge-tehtävien hoitaminen.
• Tiimityöskentely kiireisissä tilanteissa ja korkeatasoisen palvelun ylläpitäminen.

LOBBY ASSISTANT

Would you like to be part of the team at Northern Europe’s most prestigious hotel? We are looking for a passionate and innovative Lobby Assistant to join us at Hotel Kämp, where timeless elegance meets warm hospitality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Lobby Assistant is our guests' first point of contact at Kämp – you ensure that every visit begins and ends with first-class service. You are responsible for a variety of reception tasks professionally and thoughtfully, ensuring a smooth and unforgettable guest experience. The role includes duties of a receptionist, bellman, and concierge.

At Kämp, you will work in an inspiring environment alongside top professionals in the field. It is important to us that you are enthusiastic about hospitality and eager to continuously develop your expertise.

We offer part-time positions (average 40 - 60h / 3 weeks) and one fixed-term study leave replacement (part-time position average 30h / 3 weeks) until the end of August 2027. The work will start in August-September according to the agreement.

WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• Previous experience in hotel reception or a similar customer service role
• A genuine desire to deliver the best possible customer service – at Kämp, the guest experience is at the heart of everything
• Calmness and problem-solving skills even in fast-paced situations
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills (other language skills are considered an advantage)
• Flexibility for shift work, mainly in two shifts, but also night shifts if necessary, on all days of the year.
• B-class driving license
