Job summary

Hotel Kämp in Helsinki seeks skilled servers to join its breakfast and room service team. You will provide personalized, attentive service in a luxury setting, preparing specialty coffees, managing the buffet, and delivering room service with high quality.

Shifts run 06:00–24:00, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. The role is part-time (average 30–60 hours per 3-week period) with remuneration based on agreement and experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in restaurant or customer service in a similar environment.
• Polished customer service attitude with a genuine desire to grow professionally.
• Ability to work well in a team and stay calm under pressure.
• Good English language skills; Finnish, Swedish and other languages are a plus.
• Basic IT and POS proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve luxury hotel breakfast with personalized service.
• Prepare specialty coffees for guests.
• Maintain the buffet and restaurant ambiance.
• Handle room service orders and deliver to guests' rooms.
• Work morning and evening shifts, including weekends.
