Lever, Inc. is seeking a Director of Professional Services, WordPress VIP, based in Finland. The role leads migrations, implementations, and complex engagements for enterprise customers, combining operational leadership with commercial ownership.

You'll drive AI-augmented delivery, shape service offerings, and partner with Sales, Product, Support, and Account Management to maximize revenue and customer impact. This is a high-autonomy, fully remote opportunity with global scope.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading Professional Services or delivery organizations.
• 5+ years delivering enterprise SaaS or PaaS services.
• Experience defining offerings, pricing and repeatable delivery models.
• Commercial ownership: partner with Sales on pricing and expansions.
• Experience with AI-augmented delivery and enterprise-scale projects.
• Ability to communicate with executive stakeholders and drive strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Professional Services org of engineers and delivery managers.
• Own end-to-end delivery performance: health, timelines, scope and quality.
• Build an AI-augmented delivery organization to accelerate value.
• Develop and price a portfolio of services; ensure repeatability and flexibility.
• Own revenue, margin, engagement pricing, and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales/Account Management to scope and price engagements.
• Set direction within the Customer Experience leadership team.
• Differentiate services with strong customer and business impact.
• Establish feedback loops with Product, Support, and Account Management.
• Represent Services with executives during complex engagements.
• Coach delivery professionals to become leaders through feedback.
