Lever, Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer - AI-First based in Finland. You will build high-scale, AI-enabled software spanning Java/Spring Boot backend and Angular/TypeScript frontend in a remote, autonomous team.

You’ll work with modern AI coding agents, emphasize secure coding, and own end-to-end delivery from design to cloud deployment across a fully remote setup. English fluency and continuous learning are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack development.
• Strong backend with Java and Spring Boot.
• Frontend experience with Angular and TypeScript across the full stack.
• Experience with AI coding assistants or interest in agentic development workflows.
• Ability to review AI-generated code for correctness, architecture and security.
• Understanding of secure software development and modern security practices.
• Ownership of applications across design, development, deployment, and cloud.
• Self-directed, autonomous with minimal supervision.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own product development within an autonomous engineering team.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java/Spring Boot backend and Angular/TypeScript frontend.
• Use AI-powered development tools and agentic workflows to accelerate coding, testing, delivery.
• Critically review AI-generated code for functionality, architecture, scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Take end-to-end ownership from design to cloud deployment.
• Apply modern security practices and identify vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with teammates to balance frontend and backend priorities.
• Contribute to a results-oriented, meeting-light culture with autonomy and technical decision-making.
