We are looking for an experienced and organised Guide Scheduling & Operations Coordinator to manage scheduling and operational coordination for a team of approximately 80–100 guides in our tourism company in Rovaniemi.

The ideal candidate must have hands‑on experience with MaraPlan and Bókun systems and a good understanding of tourism operations, workforce scheduling, and working‑time administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage work schedules for 80–100 guides.
• Use MaraPlan for workforce scheduling and working‑time management.
• Use Bókun to manage bookings and coordinate tour operations.
• Coordinate guide availability, shift changes, replacements, and last‑minute schedule adjustments.
• Monitor working hours, overtime, absences, and working‑time balances.
• Ensure sufficient staffing for daily tours and activities.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and support payroll preparation.

Requirements
