Job summary

Northern Future Oy in Finland's Lapland region is hiring part-time seasonal staff to support tourism in Rovaniemi from November 2026 to end of February 2027. The roles involve day and evening shifts, weekdays and weekends, with an hourly wage and the perks noted.

Candidates should hold a valid B category driving licence, be fluent in English, and ideally speak additional languages. A passion for Lapland, hiking, and photography helps.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s license B; capable of driving in winter conditions.
• Fluent or professional English; other languages are a plus.
• Interest in hiking and photography is advantageous.
• Good time management and flexibility with tour schedules.
• Knowledge of Finnish Lapland culture and attractions.
• Willing to work both weekdays and weekends.

Job description

Work requirements:

• Drive license B (manual & automatic). Notice: need to drive in the dark and icy road in Winter Arctic Circle
• Professional or fluent in English speaking, other languages are a plus (Spanish. Mandarin, Japanese. Italian etc.).
• Hiking and photography experienced are a plus.
• Good time management, problem-solving skills and be flexible with tour schedules.
• Good knowledge or basics about Finnish Lapland (local culture and main attractions).
• Ability to work on both weekdays and weekends.
