Record Travel in Rovaniemi, Lapland, Finland, invites applications for Tour Guide positions. Join our small team to host, drive, and guide guests on memorable journeys through Lapland.

We offer flexible day/evening/night shifts, paid training, and a stable monthly contract. Previous guiding experience is not required, EU residents only. Three positions available from 15 November 2025 to 31 March 2026.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken English; other languages are a plus
• Valid B driving license
• Flexibility and good time management
• Strong teamwork and collaboration with other guides
• Experience in tourism or service industry is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Serve as host, driver and guide to guests, ensuring safety, comfort, and entertainment
• Support team with additional tasks as needed

Record Travel is a local tour company based in Rovaniemi, Lapland, Finland. We specialize in creating unique, once-in-a-lifetime experiences that leave lasting memories. As a Tour Guide, your work will be dynamic and varied. You’ll act as a host, driver, and guide, ensuring guests feel safe, comfortable, and entertained throughout their journey. Depending on your skills and experience, you may also take on additional tasks to support our team.

Previous guiding experience is not required, but experience in the tourism or service industry will be considered an advantage.

Note: This role is open to EU residents only.

Position – Tour Guide.

Contract period: 15 November 2025 – 31 March 2026.

Employment type: Part-time or Full-time.

Requirements

• Flexibility, adaptability, and good time management;
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with other guides;
• Excellent customer service attitude;
• Fluent spoken English (other languages are a plus);
• Valid B driving license.
