Job summary

North Resort Oy is expanding its guest service team at an international tourist center in Lapland. You will participate in guest reception, restaurant floor service, bar work, cashier duties, and daily customer service, collaborating with staff to deliver a high-quality experience.

This role requires customer-focused attitude, hospitality experience, and good English. Valid hygiene passport and optional alcohol serving passport are advantageous for this position.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and a positive service attitude.
• Education or experience in tourism, hotel, or restaurant industry.
• Good interaction and collaboration skills.
• Good English language skills; other languages are an advantage.
• Valid hygiene passport; alcohol serving passport is a strong advantage.
• Experience with hotel, reception, or booking systems (e.g., MEWS, Visbook).
• Good basic IT skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, evenings, weekends and during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Reception and guest check-in/check-out.
• Handle bookings and guide customers.
• Process customer information in booking systems.
• Serve in restaurant and at events; bar work.
• Cashier duties and payment processing.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth service.
