Sunday Morning Collection offers a varied reception role at a boutique resort in Pyhä̈tunturi, Finnish Lapland, inviting you to join a dedicated team. You will manage front desk guest services, bookings, payments and upselling across multiple channels while collaborating with all resort departments.

We value hospitality, reliability and a positive attitude. The role includes training with our AI assistant Butler AI and opportunities to develop skills in a sustainable travel-oriented company.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in hospitality, tourism or hotel management.
• Experience in hotel/resort reception is welcome; training provided.
• Fluent Finnish and English; other languages appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out procedures for Sunday Morning Resort and Parkside Pyhä.
• Manage accommodation and activity reservations and related payments.
• Handle bookings across multiple channels and upsell services.
• Coordinate with reception, concierge and other departments for seamless guest experience.
• Assist with meeting services, housekeeping and lobby operations as needed.
