• Present dishes and beverages and share stories behind the ingredients and our culinary philosophy.
• Deliver attentive and seamless table service, especially during dinner service.
• Prepare and close the restaurant before and after service.
• Manage reservations and collaborate closely with the kitchen and reception teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Recommend and upsell wines, beverages and seasonal tasting menus when appropriate.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization and presentation of the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Hospitality education or previous restaurant experience, ideally in fine dining or a high-quality à la carte environment.
• Genuine passion for exceptional food, Nordic cuisine and outstanding hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, positive attitude.
• Fluent English; Finnish is a significant advantage and additional languages are highly appreciated.
• Proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to stay calm and professional during busy services.
• Desire to create memorable dining experiences for every guest.
• Valid Hygiene Passport and Alcohol Serving Licence.
