Job summary

Safartica Oy's Niva Restaurant in Vaattunki Wilderness Resort near Rovaniemi is hiring waiters/waitresses for the winter season 2026-2027. Work includes serving breakfast, lunch and ala carte dinner, presenting dishes and maintaining table appearance in a unique northern setting.

Requirements include previous waitering experience, ability to work under pressure, teamwork, driving license B, fluent English, and valid alcohol- and hygiene passport.

Are you a professional in a restaurant field, who's passion is providing high quality service and top class food and beverages? If you replied YES, you might be the person we are looking for.

We are looking for waiters / waitresses to Niva Restaurant in Vaattunki Wilderness Resort for winter season 2026-2027. Our Resort is located in the middle of outstanding Lappish nature, with only a short distance from Rovaniemi city center. With us you get to work in an unique location with professional and warm hearted team.

Your work tasks are:

• Serving breakfast, lunch and ala carte dinner
• Displaying food and beverages and taking care of the general appearance
• Recommending and serving our products actively
• Preparing and serving beverages
• Setting tables, cleaning and washing dishes
• Customer service – with big heart and professionalism

We expect from you:

• Previous experience from waitering
• Experience of working under pressure and fast reaction ability
• Excellent team work and interaction skills
• Driving license (B)
• Fluent English
• Valid alcohol- and hygiene passport before starting the job

• Fixed term contract from end of October until March 2027 (starting and ending dates are negotiable)
