Job summary

Hullu Poro Oy in Levi seeks an energetic customer service representative to join Tonttula in Levi as part of a cheerful, multidisciplinary team in Lapland. You will be the first contact for guests, helping, guiding and ensuring a smooth and pleasant visit.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling reservations, advising on activities, multi-channel communication, cash handling, and promoting local events. A friendly, flexible mindset and good language skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Friendly and solution-oriented service mindset.
• Good Finnish and English language skills; other languages are an advantage.
• Quick learning ability and basic IT skills.
• Flexibility with work hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or tourism is valued, but enthusiasm is essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and onboarding to Tonttula services at the information desk.
• Making and managing reservations (accommodations, restaurant, program services).
• Advising on activities and experiences.
• Multichannel customer communication: email, phone, and in-person.
• Cash handling and sales.
• Informing about local events and distributing marketing materials.
• Ensuring cleanliness, comfort and safety of facilities.
